We had a great city break at this hotel! the warm swimming pool was definitely one of the best aspects, perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. the staff was also very helpful and attentive, always ready to assist us when we needed plates and cutlery during breakfast. the location was ideal, with easy access to the best attractions in the area.
For instance, we found the reception staff and manager to be a bit overbearing and controlling.

Spent Christmas with the family at this hotel and we enjoyed two different swimming pools, one of them heated. The breakfast had a great variety of food and the staff was extremely helpful. We loved the location and the fact that it was close to the beach, as well as having multiple restaurants and stores nearby.
, Such as the size of one of the swimming pools - it was difficult to swim when more than four people were in the pool. Additionally, the staff at the front desk seemed a bit overbearing and made us feel like we were being monitored at all times. we had a pleasant stay, but there were some things that could have been better.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel, with two great swimming pools and a delicious breakfast with plenty of options. the location was excellent with nice decoration in the pool area and breakfast area, just as some of the other reviews mention. We loved having a specious bathroom with proper shower with hot water, always a plus point!
We found the staff to be a bit arrogant, as mentioned in another review.
